PLASTERING: All internal walls are smoothly plastered with putty finish. All external walls with cement plastering.
FLOORING: Vitrified tiles in living/dining, bedrooms.
TOILETS: Anti skid tiles and ceramic tiles in balconies and kitchen.
LOBBIES and PASSAGES: Granite/tiles flooring with skirting.
CAR PARK: CEMENT/PARKING TILES.
DRIVEWAYS: Cement Concrete Floor.
DOORS AND WINDOWS: Teak wood frame for main
door with skin panel shutters and polish finish. Sal
wood frame and panel/flush shutters for internal doors
with paint finish. For windows Two Track powder coated aluminum frame with glass panelled shutters and safety MS Grills.
KITCHEN: Highly polished granite counter top and
stainless steel sink with 2 ' ceramic tiles dado above
counter.
BATHROOMS: Good quality vitreous white glazed
cascade EWC and wash basin with quality CP
fittings. Colored glazed tiles up to 6'6” height.
PAINTING: Plastic emulsion paint for internal
walls. Cement texture and weather proof coating for
external walls.
ELECTRICAL: Fire retardant concealed copper wires
with modular switches with adequate points of reputed
company make. TV points will be provided in living
room.
POWER BACKUP/GENERATOR: Standby generator for
comman area lighting, pumps and lifts. 1 KW powerback
up for each apartment.
ELEVATORS: Two 6 passenger lifts of reputed
make.
SECURITY: Round-the-clock security for entire
project and intercom connectivity to all apartments with
security.
WATER: Water from borewell and sufficient capacity underground sumps
and overhead tanks with ISI mark CPVC Pipes. Sewage
treatment plant.
